IMPORTANT: TDOSI stands for “The Declaration Of Spiritual Independence”.  The creation of this document was inspired by God’s Holy Spirit, during one of my daily Christ-centered meditations, but its roots go back more than 44 years, even before my spiritual rebirth in Christ, in November, 1973.  As the name would indicate, TDOSI is a rewrite of our nation’s Declaration Of Independence from a Spiritual perspective.  And just like the original Colonies of these United States suffered the usurpation of their political power for over a century, at the hands of a foreign institution, the Monarchy, so Christians have suffered the usurpation of their Spiritual power, for nearly 17 centuries (since 325 A.D.), at the hands of a religious institution, Christianity.
I wrote this Declaration because I believe very strongly in liberty in the Spirit, which is the heart and soul of our political freedom. As scripture states in 2 Corinthians 3:16-17: “When one turns to the Lord, a veil is taken away [from the heart]. Now the Lord is the Spirit; and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty.”
It has taken over 4 decades to research, understand, and make clear, the abuses of power that are summarized in this document. I sincerely hope you’ll reward that effort with your respect, by reading it in its entirety.


The Declaration of Spiritual Independence

 This is the unanimous Declaration of ALL true followers of Jesus Christ, whether in these United States of America, or in any other country.
When in the course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the cultural and religious bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.
We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal: with the same capacity to acknowledge and communicate with their Creator through prayer and meditation; with the same capacity to work hard and be rewarded for their labors; with the same God-given need to learn and grow, and with the same ability to love and serve others. Outcomes will be different, but every human being is equally bestowed these needs and capacities, for all men and women are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty, ownership of the fruits of their labors, and the pursuit of Happiness.
To secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed. This is true for all forms of government, including those instituted for small communities gathered to fulfill a spiritual purpose.
But, whenever any Form of Government, for whatever purpose, becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to affect their physical Safety, their mental Happiness, and their spiritual Growth.
Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly, all experience has shown, that mankind is more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed.  This is especially true within the governments that govern institutions of a religious nature, be they church denominations or Christian schools and colleges.
But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce their empowerment as sovereign individuals created in the image of God, thereby laying the foundation for absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future spiritual growth and the security of their persons from the fear-based tools of draconian rule, censorship, shunning, ostracization or excommunication.
Such has been the patient sufferance of millions of born-again Christians, both in times past and today; and such is now the necessity which causes them to alter their former Systems of Religion and Religious Government.
The history of the present religion of Christianity is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations; a history that has seen both Catholics and Protestants unite their respective churches with the legal and military power of the State, all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute Tyranny over others. To prove this, let these Facts be submitted to a candid world:
  1. Christianity was taken over by the Catholic Church in 325 A.D., when they were asked to be the State religion of the entire Roman Empire. To that end, Emperor Constantine convened a month long conference of Catholic Bishops, the First Council of Nicaea, for the purpose of first resolving their differences. From that time forward, till the establishment of America as a Constitutional Republic with its separation of Church and State, the world endured over 14 centuries of terror at the hands of Christianity, beginning with Emperor Constantine’s edict declaring the penalty of death for anyone refusing to surrender books of the Bible declared non-canon (un-inspired) by the Catholic church.  Several books that appeared in the first 50 Bibles commissioned by Emperor Constantine were later declared non-canon, including one that was widely considered the inspired word of God for over 300 years.  Once Church and State were united, disagreement with the Church was considered disagreement with the State and those who promoted their cause against the Catholic church could be accused of Sedition or Treason, crimes punishable by death.
  2. Christianity, over its long history, has repeatedly altered the plain meaning of Christ’s teachings in order to promote its religious doctrines, some of which are contrary to God’s Spirit and Christ’s own words. One example is Christ’s statement that no human is truly good or sinless when compared to God: “Why do you call me good. NO ONE IS GOOD but one, that is, God” – Matthew 19:17).  Jesus does not lie.  When Jesus denies that He is good, then says NO ONE IS GOOD but God, He’s plainly telling us two things: First, Jesus is NOT sinless; second, He’s telling us He is NOT God! Theologians, of course, have ignored this plain meaning and invented all manner of convoluted explanation. This in turn required the laity to go to Christianity’s ecclesiastical leaders for understanding. But the plain meaning is consistent with all Christ’s teachings and can be understood by any believer willing to carefully read, compare Christ’s words, and seek the guidance of God’s Holy Spirit.
  3. Christianity has removed and added words from the original scriptures in order to reinforce specific doctrines. The removal and addition of words to the Bible is an indisputable fact, which anyone can research and verify. The reasons for adding or removing those original words of scripture are not as important as the act itself.  For it reveals the fraud and hypocrisy that is at the heart of the religion of Christianity, a leaven that has spread and infected generation upon generation. This is the way of religion, which Jesus was clearly against, for within the religion He was born into, Judaism, he railed against its religious leaders, “You do not know the Scriptures nor the power of God” (Mark 12:24); “Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For you shut up the kingdom of heaven against men; for you neither go in yourselves, nor do you allow those who are entering to go in.” (Matthew 23:13); and at other times calling them “Vipers” and “Whited gravestones.”  For those us who are born-again, who have learned how to enter God’s kingdom within, who have experienced the Power of standing in God’s Presence, and receiving the revelation of God’s living Spirit Word, we understand that those warnings of Jesus Christ are equally apropos to the leaders of the religion of Christianity!
  4. Christianity has refused Assent to Spiritual Laws and Principles taught by Jesus, the most wholesome and necessary for individual Spiritual growth. I’ve identified 9 Kingdom Keys, which I labeled, “Christ’s 9 Principles of Spiritual Independence, Equality and Individual Empowerment”, all of which Christianity either twists in their meaning or refuses to teach.
  5. Christianity has throughout its history, falsely labeled as heretics those who preach those Kingdom Keys, thus forbidding them from speaking the truths God has repeatedly sought to convey to His people. And in times past, has tortured and murdered these so-called heretics by drowning, hanging and burning at the stake, all in the name of Christ.  Yes, some were truly heretics.  But commonsense tells us those murderous actions broke a number of God’s commandments: “Thou shalt not kill” is obvious; then there’s Christ’s Golden Rule: “Whatever you want men to do to you, do also to them” (Matthew 7:12); and finally, there’s God’s command to, “Come out from among them and be separate. Do not touch the unclean thing, says the Lord. Do not touch what is unclean, And I will receive you” (2 Corinthians 6:17), which should have prevented Christianity from forming Church-State alliances in the first place.  We Christians must ask ourselves, why did Christianity murder between one and eight million souls (depending on which historian you ascribe to; the minimum is one million souls)? Why did both Catholics and Protestants burn Anabaptists, Waldensians and other communitarian sects at the stake?  These sects were invariably peace loving.  And more importantly, why does Christianity make excuses for those actions instead of confessing the evil that was done?  The truth is this, Christianity has refused to honestly address over 14 centuries of murdering heretics, mounting “Holy wars” and excommunicating whole families (which in ancient times was a death sentence, for anyone giving work, food or help of any kind to an excommunicant would themselves be excommunicated).  Unfortunately, the plain truth is obvious: Christianity, cannot acknowledge its heretical, anti-Christ roots without destroying Christianity as we know it, including its teaching institutions.
  6. Christianity today, refuses to acknowledge the self-destructive practice of incorporating as a 501-3C religious non-profit, which allows the government to threaten withdrawal of their tax-free, non-profit status if the pastor preaches or suggests to their congregants which politician they believe will most protect religious rights. This has created an unequal yoking with secular governments, has made us dependent on their good graces and created a dampening effect on the free-speech rights of Christian churches and their pastoral leaders.
  7. Christianity has refused to condemn those denominations that continue to promote Church-State alliances, in particular, those denominations that participate in lucrative illegal alien and refugee assistance programs, which garner huge sums of tax-payer dollars and help push a globalist, open-borders agenda. This uniting of church and state is contrary to the founding principles of our Constitutional republic, the United States of America.
  8. Christianity has never condemned Paul’s self-appointment as a 13th Apostle (all 12, including Judas’s replacement, Matthias, were decided among those who walked with Jesus from the beginning of His ministry and they would all meet and pray for guidance when choosing an Apostle, which didn’t happen with Paul; Paul never knew Jesus while He was alive, so the rules of the other 12 made him ineligible). There can be no doubt God intended for there to only be 12 Apostles, as Revelation reveals there are only 12 foundations of God’s Heavenly city, New Jerusalem, corresponding to the 12 Apostles, NOT 13! Recent research of the Dead Sea Scrolls, made possible only after the Catholic-Jewish control of them was broken (the Huntington Library had high-def photos of all scrolls and decided to release them to the general public in spite of threats to the contrary), has led to the discovery that Paul’s trip to Jerusalem was forced by the Apostle James, brother of Jesus, who accused Paul of lying and summoned him to stand trial!  Bet you never read that in any of Christianity’s literature!
  9. Christianity, its founders and every ecclesiastical leader since, has never itemized and condemned those teachings of Paul that are contrary to Christ’s teachings. Paul’s teachings have been used for centuries to justify slavery, misogyny and slave-like obedience to secular powers as being God ordained. It’s a well-known fact that Christianity supported Hitler and they did so based on Paul’s false teaching: “Let every soul be subject to the governing authorities. For there is no authority except from God, and the authorities that exist are appointed by God.  Therefore, whoever resists the authority resists the ordinance of God, and those who resist will bring judgment on themselves.  For rulers are not a terror to good works, but to evil.”  Christianity is a religion and religions tend to protect long established traditions. One of those traditions is that Paul is a saint, someone owed the greatest reverence, one of the greatest of Apostles, and someone whose every word is considered God breathed (even those Paul admits are only his opinion)!  But if one considers only Paul’s misogyny, which has been used to justify withholding ecclesiastical leadership from women for most of the past 2000 years (and till this day in most denominations!), one must wonder – why do almost all denominations forbid the questioning of Paul’s ideas?  Of course, the reason is control.  Religious leaders have used Paul’s own words to control the laity for centuries: “Obey those who rule over you and be submissive, as those who must give account” (Hebrews 13:17). However, this conveniently bypasses Christ’s teaching, which stands diametrically opposed to Paul’s: “You know that those who are considered rulers over the Gentiles lord it over them, and their great ones exercise authority over them.  Yet it shall not be so among you; but whoever desires to become great among you shall be your servant.  And whoever of you desires to be first shall be slave of all.  For even the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give His life a ransom for many.” (Mark 10:42-45).
  10. Christianity has refused to acknowledge the destructive nature of their support for “child” labor laws, which laws redefined what all people in all cultures worldwide had commonly defined as “child.” Christianity sided with liberal labor law promoters in the mid-19th century, who decided to expand their client base from those commonly referred to as children (up thru age 12), to all young adults ages 13-17.  This infantilization of young adults was given a boost by the emerging young pseudoscience, Psychology, which invented words like, “adolescent” and “teen” to garner support for this new idea.  I say “new idea” because previously, throughout the entire history of mankind, 13-17 year-olds were considered young adults and given the responsibility of adulthood. This is an indisputable fact that still lingers in rituals like the Jewish coming of age celebrations, Bar and Bat Mitzvah.  Christians, of all people, should be on the side of returning our “children” to the responsibilities of young adulthood, for we are called to “Come out from among them (secular society) and be you separate”. We were created in the image of God, physically and mentally able to assume the responsibilities of adulthood by age 13.  Most teens worldwide, naturally rebel against their enslavement, for God gave 13-17 year-olds a strong sense of self. Christians should accept their responsibility to be God’s champions for teen emancipation. But instead, we “go along to get along”, allowing our teens to be robbed of all the rights they should be enjoying as young adults: privacy, self-determination, marriage, contractual agreements and banking, to name a few. When one reviews the early history of the Colonies and the United States, it is clear that teens were fighting in our wars, going into business (Ben Franklin comes to mind), entering into contracts, drinking wines and liquor, marrying and generally doing the things adults do.
  11. Christianity’s accepted model of worship is more akin to an entertainment venue than one conducive of worship. It is all about man’s words (preaching & songs) rather than seeking to hear what God has to say.  Thus, it fails to obey Christ’s command to “Worship in Spirit (silent meditation on the Holy Spirit) and Truth” (“Thy Word is truth” Jesus says, therefore it should be entirely about hearing from God). Long ago I was led by God to experience a rare form of worship used by the original Quakers over 350 years ago.  We waited on God in silent Christ-centered meditation for at least an hour, each congregant seeking to hear and then share any new Word from God. There was no lectern or preacher because Quakers believe God made us all equal spiritually, each of us able to experience the infilling of God’s light and Word as Priests of the Lord. My personal experience of the spiritual power unleashed in that very different service, which actually happened before I gave my life to Christ’s service, transformed my life. It made me realize how mundane, trivial and weak Christianity’s traditional “worship” services are by comparison.  Unfortunately, most Quakers today, now called the Religious Society of Friends, have become quite liberal and no longer talk much about Jesus Christ.
  12. Christianity continues to tolerate many existing and new denominations (and so-called “non-denominations) that promote cult-like behaviors inconsistent with Christ’s Golden Rule. For instance, I’ve attended services of new church startups where the pastor and elders required anyone marrying to first get their permission; where individuals who disagreed with Biblical interpretations were ostracized; where confidential private conversations about doctrinal doubts, were openly shared with others; where Christians were banned from participation in worship services and Bible studies open to the public; where the Bible’s warning against those who subscribe to “Doctrines of demons” is ignored. I have seen so-called leaders falsely identify normal behavior in children as demonic, subjecting them and their parents to the most horrendous ceremonies, people writhing on the floor and children being “delivered” through some intense verbal abuse. All such actions violate Christ’s Golden Rule and the Law of Love!
Nor have we been wanting in attentions to our Christian brethren:
  • We have warned them from time to time of their disobedience to Christ’s teachings, whose teachings were opposed to religion in general, not just the religious leaders of Judaism.
  • We have warned them about the leaven of their hypocrisy, such as when they teach that they are a “community.” The truth is that their idea of Christian “community” is a fraud. For when Christians in a traditional Christian church only get together a few hours a week, less time than most people spend with the secular people they work with or hang out with, less time than they spend enjoying sports or entertainment of various sorts, it is obviously a pretend Christian “community.” A real Christian community is NOT geographically dispersed and is 24/7. In the Bible a church community is likened to the “Body of Christ, which is the church”, and how can such a body function or be healthy when its various parts are disconnected and scattered?
  • We have warned them about their focus on the physical substitutes for heavenly things, which prevents so many Christians from experiencing the heavenly things that those physical substitutes symbolize. I call the three main physical substitutes, the BOOK, the BODY and the BUILDING.  The BOOK is the written word of God, the Bible (which is a “Copy and shadow of heavenly things”; the heavenly thing is the original living Spirit Word of God first received); the BODY is Christ’s physical body, absurdly identified by mainline Christianity as “God in the flesh” (a physical impossibility and denied by Christ’s own words; the heavenly “body” is God’s invisible Holy Spirit, which comes through Christ to all true believers); and the BUILDING is what most Christians refer to as “the church” (which is not the real church; the real church is the invisible collective body of all believers, more accurately symbolized by the local, 24/7, gathered church Community).  Those who are spiritually mature do not focus on the physical substitutes that are the foundation of religion, but rather they focus on, and seek to experience, those heavenly things they represent.
  • We have tried repeatedly to point out how Christianity’s total reliance on the Bible as the only Word of God, reinforced by the Sufficiency of Scripture doctrine, which says God no longer needs to speak a direct living Spirit Word to individual believers, because all of God’s Word is in the Bible, actually works to prevent Christians from seeking God’s Presence, from hearing and receiving God’s living Spirit Word. However, the book of Revelation reveals God’s Word is like a river, continuously flowing from the throne, always available to any believer who meditatively parts the veil of their fleshly body and enters God’s kingdom within.  We teach Christ-centered meditation to born-again Christians to insure their spiritual independence from religion, to empower them to receive God’s immense peace and joy, as well as receive God’s amazing revelational wisdom. But first one must have the faith to believe Jesus, who says, “They shall all be taught by God” (John 6:45). For God will deliver a living Spirit Word to all who believe and wait patiently to receive.
  • And we have pleaded with our brethren to follow the admonition outlined in Hebrews 5 and 6, that those who desire to grow spiritually and eat the solid spiritual food of God’s Spirit Word, must first understand the necessity of “Leaving the discussion of the elementary principles of Christ” (“repentance”, “baptisms”, “healing”, “resurrection”, and “eternal judgement”), so that they might, “Go on to perfection”. For those “Elementary principles”, which are also called the, “Sincere milk of the word”, have kept Christians within the religion of Christianity in the dark about their need to be liberated from religion; about their equality as Priests of the Lord (ALL – male and female); and about the empowering ability to Abide as One, just as Jesus did, just as Jesus prayed for all believers to experience (READ John 17!), a oneness with God’s Perspective, God’s Purposes and the ability to share God’s healing Power!
Regardless of the above, we have tried to appeal to their native justice and magnanimity (generous, forgiving, noble character), and we have sought to influence them by the ties of our common kindred to disavow these usurpations, which have in times past prevented our connections and correspondence. But they have been deaf to the voice of justice and of consanguinity (descent from a common ancestor), for not only do we share the same Father God, but we hold a common reverence for Jesus Christ as God’s Son and promote His teachings with a similar concern for the eternal salvation of souls.
One doctrine above all others destroys any chance of reconciliation, the doctrine of the Trinity. Most have chosen to avoid logical argument, automatically rejecting us as not being a true Christian. And this is done without any consideration of our facts, that the founders of the Trinity doctrine did falsely twist the meaning of Christ’s words (i.e. “I and my Father are one”) and added a passage of scripture called the Johannine Comma (a short clause), which never existed in the original Bible texts but was added to bolster belief in the Trinity around the 9th century.
The clearest example of the lack of logic exhibited by Christianity’s religious leaders is revealed in John 10:30, “I and my Father are one”, a passage routinely used as proof of Christ’s divinity.
But, a simple reading of John 17 reveals Christ’s oneness with the Father was not a oneness of substance.  Rather, Christ’s oneness with the Father is a oneness with God’s Perspective, God’s Purposes and God’s healing Power; a oneness that Jesus prayed for us to also experience!
Here is Christ’s John 17 prayer for ALL believers: “I have given to them the words which You have given Me… I pray for them. I do not pray for the world but for those whom You have given Me… I come to You, Holy Father, keep through Your name those whom You have given Me, that they may be one as We are… that they may have My joy fulfilled in themselves.  I have given them Your word; and the world has hated them because they are not of the world, just as I am not of the world… Sanctify them by Your truth. Your word is truth… I do not pray for these alone, but also for those who will believe in Me through their word; that they all may be one, as You, Father, are in Me, and I in You; that they also may be one in Us, that the world may believe that You sent Me. And the glory which You gave Me I have given them, that they may be one just as We are one: I in them, and You in Me; that they may be made perfect in one, and that the world may know that You have sent Me, and have loved them as You have loved Me.”
Jesus, in John 17, establishes what should be our true witness to the world as Christians, our oneness with one another brought about by a oneness with God’s Perspective, Purposes and Power. Our real and true witness to the world is NOT our cathedrals, NOT the eloquent preaching of preachers, NOT our showing up every Sunday for religious worship services, and NOT even the individual good works of Christians for the sick, the orphans, the prisoners or the homeless (for non-Christians do these things also).
As Christ points out in John 17, this oneness derives from the glory that is transferred to us through Jesus Christ, the same glory that Jesus receives from His Heavenly Father.  And what is this “glory” that comes through Jesus, from God?  It is light of course, but it’s also peace and joy and the immense, overwhelming divine love we refer to as Agape love. Those who take the time to quiet their mind and wait upon God, are rewarded with  God’s Presence.  Thereby they come to KNOW God and experience God’s GLORY!
But this glory transference is only possible because God destroyed the Temple veil at the moment of Christ’s death. It is a symbol of that fleshly veil which separates us from the Holy of Holies in God’s kingdom within. And this glory that comes from God through Jesus, is made manifest in our sanctification by God’s living Spirit Word, received through the daily discipline of our Christ-Centered meditations.
However, without a clear distinction between the written word of God and God’s living Spirit Word; without a clear understanding that scriptures are composed of dead letters which contain neither life nor Spirit; without a clear understanding that those inspired words (although necessary for right doctrine, for instruction in righteousness, for reproof and correction of our ideas and attitudes) can never replace one’s responsibility to seek that greater glory which comes by manifestation of God’s Presence and the receiving of God’s living Spirit Word — the religious Christian will never break with their enslavement to those traditions that bind them to the religion of Christianity.
These truths are reinforced in the reading of 2 Corinthians chapter 3: “God… [has] made us sufficient as ministers of the New Covenant, not of the letter but of the Spirit; for the letter kills, but the Spirit gives life.  But if the ministry of death, written and engraved on stones [the ten commandments], was glorious… which glory was passing away, how will the ministry of the Spirit not be more glorious?  Therefore, since we have such hope, we use great boldness of speech, [because] their minds were blinded. For until this day the same veil remains un-lifted in the reading of the Old [and New] Testament, because the veil is taken away in Christ… when one turns to the Lord, the veil is taken away.  Now the Lord is the Spirit; and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty.  But we all, with unveiled face, beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, just as by the Spirit of the Lord.”
Therefore, in an attempt to reach my religious brothers and sisters in Christ, and to reinforce to the signers of this Declaration of Spiritual Independence the importance of the truths presented herein, I must make this plain: if a believer, after reading and praying for understanding concerning these truths, still refuses to break the bonds of enslavement to their religion, Christianity, choosing not to sign this Declaration, then I can only conclude their preference is for the traditions of their religion.  To which I reply with the words of Jesus, “You make the word of God of no effect through your tradition which you have handed down” (Mark 7:13).  Put another way, this Declaration is asking Christians to truly become, “Ministers of a New Covenant, NOT OF THE LETTER, BUT OF THE SPIRIT, for the letter kills, but the Spirit gives life.”  However, Christianity’s ecclesiastic leaders are trained to be ministers of the LETTER; they are trained to hold to their religious tradition, even when that tradition is provably contrary to Christ’s own teachings; and they have thereby elevated the importance of the written scriptures above their intended purpose, which is to guide us into that Abiding Oneness Jesus prayed for all believers to experience. That is how we truly become “Ministers… of the Spirit” and are enabled to manifest such spiritual power, such unity with one another, that the entire world will marvel.
And it should be known by the reader that the deep spiritual unity about which I speak is not some “pie in the sky” dream. Myself and others, who’ve lived in Christian community, have experienced it on numerous occasions.  It comes regularly to those who obey the rules Jesus Christ established through His teachings: First, one must be born-again to see or enter God’s kingdom within; Second, we are called to serve one another, to refuse to follow the path of secular leaders who tend to rule and Lord it over others; Third, we must worship God in Spirit and Truth; Fourth, we must gather in small groups, in our house churches or church communities, so we can “Be the Church”, not just “Go to Church” a few hours a week; Fifth, we must spend time with God, DAILY, in silent meditative prayer, to receive God’s living Spirit Word, to hear God’s ideas, to know what God would have us do; Sixth, we must adhere to Christ’s Golden Rule and do to others as we would have them do to us; and Seventh, we should encourage one another to keep a journal of God’s ideas and words, so that each person in our church community can review it from time to time and never forget God’s Words, so each believer can have a testimony to pass onto their offspring.
Let it be known to all, that we who lived in Christian community did originally follow the traditions of Christianity, so we know this to be true, that the kind of spiritual unity found in Christian community is almost never experienced in traditional Christianity.  And the only reason more Christians don’t choose to follow Christ’s example, and live in a church community, is fear, their fear of it becoming a cult, their fear of the unknown, and their fear of being stuck in a relational nightmare over which they have no control.  But remember these words to Timothy, “God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of Power and of Love and of a sound mind” (2 Timothy 1:7).
The fear of following Christ into this new lifestyle of a 24/7 church community, is why there are over 33,800 different denominations… each and every one dedicated to their own religious interpretations of scripture instead of the oneness that is only found in God’s Spirit! We must, therefore, acquiesce in the necessity, which denounces our Separation, and hold those Christians who resist this unity, as we hold the rest of mankind, Enemies in Religion, but in the peace and joy of Christ, which all Christians experience to some measure, we are Friends.
And as Friends of Christ and one another, let us be vigilant not to lose what has been gained, always reminding ourselves of these words in Hebrews 6:4-6: “For it is impossible for those who were once enlightened, and have tasted the heavenly gift, and have become partakers of the Holy Spirit, and have tasted the good word of God and the powers of the age to come, if they fall away, to renew them again to repentance, since they crucify again for themselves the Son of God, and put Him to an open shame.”  If you, my dear reader, are still doubtful of what I say, then I say to you, read the scriptures and study them; and above all else, seek to hear what God has to say.  Enroll in one of our free “Christ-centered Meditation” webinars and seek to experience for yourself those heavenly things I talk about.
We, therefore, the Representatives of 3Circles Church Communities and RENEW-GATHER-BUILD, appealing to the Supreme Judge of the world for the rectitude of our intentions, do, in the Name, and by Authority of those righteous People that have become members of our virtual church community, RENEW-GATHER-BUILD, who also aspire to assist in the design, building and population of our real-world 3Circles Church Communities, do now solemnly publish and declare, that we are the Biblically prophesied Priests of the Lord, tasked with building a prophetic Virtual Nation (a symbolic nation within a nation), both through the rebuilding of the cities in which we choose to build our city-based Church Communities, and through the building of our new, rural-based Church Communities.
And as we become those United Church Communities to which we aspire, it is our Right to establish each individual 3Circles Church Community as a Free and Independent State, the governance of which will be designed after the likeness of the Constitutional Republican form of government that governs these United States of America. To that end, representatives will be voted in or appointed, as the case may be, to each of the three branches of government, Executive, Legislative and Judicial, so that we might totally avoid the usual entrapment of governance by a Theocracy or worse, by one individual founder who has the last word on almost all aspects of the community and those individuals who live there.
Therefore, let it be known that we who sign this Declaration are Absolved from all Allegiance to the religion of Christianity as it now exists. For God has given us a clear calling to put the fermenting power of God’s Spirit, the new wine of God’s living Spirit Word guidance, into new and flexible wineskins, so that we might restore Christianity to its glory days, when Jesus walked this earth, when miracles were in abundance, and when His disciples joined Him in creating the first Christian community. Christian historians like Justin Martyr, who wrote approximately 200 years after Jesus died and was resurrected, reveal a pattern of small house churches filled by those who lived in walking distance, and larger Christian communities that were similar in nature to the one Jesus established.  This is how most Christians lived out their Christian life for Christianity’s first three hundred years, when there were no special church buildings built and no cathedrals existed.  Only when Catholicism became the de facto religion of the Roman Empire, and they could rely on the added wealth of Roman subsidies for the building of their cathedrals, was the first church cathedral built, sometime after the First Council of Nicaea in 325 A.D.
In consideration of all the aforementioned facts regarding Christianity’s usurpations of spiritual independence, equality and individual empowerment, we who sign below offer our support for this Declaration of Spiritual Independence.
And so, with a firm reliance on the protection of divine Providence, we do mutually pledge to each other our Lives, that measure of our Fortunes we are led by God to share, and our sacred Honor.
We also affirm that we sign this Declaration of Spiritual Independence of our own free will, without any coercion whatever.  Nor are we motivated by any disingenuous desire to join, just so we can be closer to friends and/or family.
Finally, we who sign this Declaration do agree with the following facts surrounding Christ’s teachings:
  • Christ’s teachings were centered on individual empowerment thru direct teaching by God (John 6:45) via the exact same hearing and doing of God’s living Spirit Word as Jesus experienced (John 6:63; 14:10 NKJV & John 8:31 KJV/NKJV).
  • Christ’s teachings are focused on the manifestation of heaven’s conditions here on earth, a fact revealed in the Lord’s Prayer (for it is those conditions that most enable God’s will to be known and accomplished). “Thy kingdom come” – Jesus says “The kingdom of God is within you” Luke 17:21; “Thy will be done, ON EARTH AS IT IS IN HEAVEN” – when God took me to heaven the following heavenly conditions were revealed to me: instant & continuous living WORD communication; an overwhelming immersion in God’s LOVE; and the ability to ABIDE as one with God’s Perspective and Purpose, so we can share God’s healing Power. These are the conditions in heaven that make God’s will crystal clear and easily accomplished. Those same conditions can be recreated here on earth, when believers couple the faith to believe God still speaks to those who listen, with the discipline of daily Christ-centered meditation.
  • Christ’s teachings are a rejection of Paul’s laity-clergy, submission to rulers’ model of leadership (“Obey those who rule over you, and be submissive, for they watch out for your souls, as those who must give account” – Hebrews 13:17). Instead, Jesus gives us a Godly model of leadership based on EQUALITY through universal priesthood (male & female), and SERVANTHOOD, with every Priest of the Lord tasked with the duty of serving one another (“You know that those who are considered rulers over the Gentiles lord it over them, and their great ones exercise authority over them. Yet it shall not be so among you; but whoever desires to become great among you shall be your servant.  And whoever of you desires to be first shall be servant of all.  For even the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve.” – Mark 10:42-45).
